I joined the bioinformatics facilities at Institut Imagine in March 2022. My role is to help researchers and medical staff analyse data from throughput sequencing. I began with projects focusing on the biology of RNA (e.g. expression, RNA modifications, and circular RNA detection) and epigenetics analyses. I am now slowly learning how to perform statistical analyses of patient cohorts (exomes or genomes) to highlight rare mutations associated with genetic diseases.



2025, I am involved in the SUNSHINE ANR project (Dysregulation of RNA sensing signalling as a pathophysiological process in juvenile dermatomyositis). For this project, I am performing spatial transcriptomics and single-nuclei transcriptomics analyses on muscle biopsies taken from patients with juvenile dermatomyositis.
